Author of the autobiographical comic zine 'Invincible Summer' (2008-2009), and her memoirs 'Calling Dr. Laura' (2013, Lambda Literary Award) and 'Fetch: How a Bad Dog Brought Me Home' (2017). Her work has been featured in many publications, including Tin House, Vanity Fair, and Slate.com. Also known as Nicole J. Georges.
