Artistic Producer of the frank theatre company, Vancouver, British Columbia. Playwright and theatre producer, noted for his plays 'Motifs & Repetitions' (1995), which aired on Bravo TV, and 'Falling in Time' (2011). Recipient of the Dayne Ogilvie Prize, a prize presented by the Writers' Trust of Canada to an openly LGBT writer (2013). Also known as C. E. Gatchalian.
