Ulster Unionist Party councillor for Belfast City Council since 2014. Known for bringing a case to the European Court of Human Rights which successfully challenged Northern Ireland's laws criminalising consensual sexual acts between men in private. Appointed a Member of the Order of the British Empire (2012) for his services to the LGBTQ community. Also known as Jeff Dudgeon.
