Description

Founder, Caribbean Vulnerable Communities Foundation (fights for the rights of sexual minorities) and former Executive Director of Jamaica Aids Support. Moved to Canada as Director of Policy and Advocacy with the International Council of AIDS Service Organisations (ICASO). The Robert Carr Fund is named in his honour.
