Founder and Executive Director of Destination Tomorrow, which addresses health disparities among African American transgender men and provides services to and for the LGBTQ community. Sean sits on the New York State HIV Planning and Prevention Group (PPG). He has received awards and recognition for his service from GMHC, Black Transman Inc., Fashion Fighting AIDS, and the Fresh Fruit Festival. Board member, Transgender Legal Defense & Education Fund.
