Chief Communications Officer of the McLaren Formula 1 Team (2007-2017) and Aston Martin Formula 1 Team (since 2021). Author of the book 'The Boy Made The Difference' (2020). Founder and Ambassador of Racing Pride, an organization which promotes LGBTQ+ inclusivity in the motorsport industry.
