Writer, educator, and oral historian. Recipient of the 2014 Jackson Literary award, and a finalist of the Clark-Gross Novel award. Author of 'Fiebre Tropical' (2020, Lambda Literary Award) and '¡Cuéntamelo! Oral Histories by LGBT Latino Immigrants' (2017, Lambda Literary Award), an illustrated bilingual collection of oral histories by LGBT Latino immigrants. Executive director of RADAR Productions since 2015. Also known as Juliana Delgado Lopera and Julie Delgado Lopera.
