Description

Labour activist, suffragette, and Irish revolutionary. Member of the Irish Citizen Army. Member of the Sinn Fein party and elected to Rathmines District Council (1920). With her partner and medical doctor, Kathleen Lynn, established Saint Ultan's Children's Hospital (1919).
