Dean of the School of Public Health, Rutgers University since 2017. Professor of Biostatistics and Urban-Global Public Health. Research includes issues of HIV/AIDS. Formerly senior associate dean of New York University’s College of Global Public Health and director of the Center for Health, Identity, Behavior and Prevention Studies. Public health psychologist, infectious disease epidemiologist, researcher, educator, and advocate. Chair of ASPPH since 2022.
