Description

Professor in the Department of Medicine, Georgetown University since 2019. Executive Chair of Personal Life Sciences since 2022, and former Chief Executive Officer of GEDICube. Executive Director of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB and Malaria since 2012. Previously served as the United States Global AIDS Coordinator, leading the implementation of the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) from 2006 to 2009, at ambassadorial level in the government.
