Executive Director of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB and Malaria since 2012. Previously served as the United States Global AIDS Coordinator, leading the implementation of the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) from 2006 to 2009, at ambassadorial level in the government.
