Description

Transgender Mezzo soprano opera singer. Debuted his professional career at the Bregenzer Festspiele in 2010, appearing in two new productions of Mieczysław Weinberg’s operas Die Passagierin and Das Portrait. Debuted at the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden, in 2014, singing the Marquise de Merteuil in John Fulljames’s new production of Quartett in the Linbury Studio Theatre. In 2015 he was invited back to sing Flora in Richard Eyre’s production of La Traviata on the main stage. In 2017 he went on tour with Covent Gardens production of Quartett. (Rouen, Trento and Spoleto Festival, USA).
