Description

Author and lyricist poet, whose many contain homoerotic overtones. Works include 'Trovas' (1917), 'Cantigas de Saudade' (1918),' Cantares' (1919), 'Canções do Sul' (1920), and 'Canções' (Songs, 1921). The latter work particularly attracted attention and scandal for its inclusion same-sex love.
