Description

Deputy of Mexico's Party of the Democratic Revolution (PRD). LGBTQ activist. Former president of the Human Rights Commission of the Legislative Assembly of the Federal District (2000-2003). Advisor to the United Nations Program on AIDS. Author of several books on the subject of women and politics. Authored a number of papers on Human Rights, Citizenship and Sexual Diversity Rights LGBTTTI population, Women's Rights and Secularism. Also known as Enoe Uranga Munoz.
