Description

Novelist and poet. Co-founded the LGBTQ literary group 'Violet Quill'. Author of multiple best selling novels, including 'Justify My Sins: A Hollywood Novel in Three Acts' (2019), 'Like People in History' (1995), 'The New York Years: Stories' (2000), 'The Book of Lies' (2000), and 'Justify My Sins: A Hollywood Novel in Three Acts' (2019), amongst many others. Finalist for the Hemingway Foundation/PEN Award and was nominated for five Lambda Literary Awards. Received the Lambda Literary Foundation's Pioneer Award (2010).
