Notable for the crime series of books featuring black Pharaoh Love (considered the first black detective as a lead character), and a series of books on celebrity murders (such as 'The Greta Garbo Murder Case', 1992). Books include 'A Queer Kind of Death' (1966) and 'A Queer Kind of Love' (1994).
