Transgender activist and consultant on diversity & inclusion, LGBTQ cultural safety, creation and nurturing of advisory councils, health and community engagement consulting and education services. Served on the LGBTQ2 Apology Advisory Council and appeared before the Senate Committee to provide testimony in support of Bill C-16, legislation to amend the Canadian Human Rights Act and Criminal Code to include gender identity and expression. Recipient of a humanitarian award from John Humphrey Centre for Peace and Human Rights.
