Dean of the School of Public Health, Rutgers University since 2017. Professor of Biostatistics and Urban-Global Public Health. Research includes issues of HIV/AIDS. Formerly senior associate dean of New York University’s College of Global Public Health and director of the Center for Health, Identity, Behavior and Prevention Studies.
