Description

Ambassador in the United States Department of State. Currently the Deputy Chief of Mission in Islamabad, Pakistan. Formerly was the U.S. Ambassador to Kazakhstan (2009-2011); the Ambassador to Tajikistan (2003–2006), and as the Chargé d'affaires to Turkmenistan (2007-2008).
