Description

Democratic Party member, Maine State House of Representatives since 2014. Elected to be the Speaker of the House in 2020 after his re-election, making him the first LGBTQ person in the state, and youngest ever, to hold the position. Recipient of the Trevor Youth Innovator award from the Trevor Project at its TrevorLive: New York event in 2015. LGBTQ activist.
