Description

Member of the Parliament of Catalonia since 2010 and Minister of Planning and Sustainability since 2012. Former Mayor of Figueres (2007-2012). Former teacher of modern history and author of several books on the subjects, notably 'In Praise of Memory' (2005). Also known as Santi Vila i Vicente.
