Organization Psychologist at Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio pursuing a doctorate and acting as a leadership coach. Former Editor-in-Chief of India's first and popular online gay magazine "Pink Pages" (2009-2017). Member of MINGLE (Mission for Indian Gay & Lesbian Empowerment), and lead the organizing team for the 1st Indian LGBT Youth Leadership Summit in Mumbai in Feb 2014, continuing until 2016. Diversity Consultant.
