Chair of the Development Committee for the Tretter GLBT Collection of the University of Minnesota Archives. Founder and organizer of the International Two Spirit Gathering. Worked with the National Native American AIDS Prevention Centre, The Governor's Task Force on Lesbian & Bay Minnesotans, and the OUT Fund. Former executive director for Honor the Earth, an environmental justice foundation. Co-founder of 2SPR, the Two Spirited Press Room. Also known as Anguksuar, or Little Man.
