Member of the National Council since the parliamentary elections in 2011. President of the SP Canton Zurich (2004-2008). Elected to the Zurich Cantonal 2003 and was a member of the Control Commission and the Commission for Justice and Public Safety (KJS). Board member of Zurich AIDS and various homosexual working groups in Zurich.
