Author of the books 'PEAK: How Great Companies Get Their Mojo' (2007), 'The Rebel Rules: Daring to be Yourself in Business' (2001), and co-author of 'Marketing That Matters: 10 Practices That Can Profit Your Business and Change the World' (2006). Member of the Leadership Council of StartOut, a national nonprofit organization dedicated to creating great business leaders by fostering LGBT entrepreneurs.
