Description

Broadway theatre, television and opera costume designer. Has designed over 30 Broadway shows, including Jersey Boys, Take Me Out, Newsies, The Apple Tree, and Proof. Received a Tony Award for Best Costume Design for his work on the play The Rivals (2005). Recipient of the Irene Sharaff Award for Lifetime Achievement in Costume Design (2015). Recipient of the Michael Merritt Award for Excellence in Design and Collaboration (2010). Partner is television screenwriter Kim Powers.
