Competitive swimmer in the freestyle races. Competed in the 1992 Olympic Games finishing seventh overall. Five-time national champion, winning three championships in the 1500-meter freestyle, one in the 800-meter freestyle, and one in the 400-meter freestyle. Worked in the financial world, starting in Boston with the Mellon Trust Company, and eventually became a derivatives manager with State Street in Long Beach, California. Also known as Lawrence Keith Frostad.
