Description

A multi-disciplinary artist of First-nations descent, including painter, performance artist, film, and installations. His work is an interpretation of queer or gay imagery as it relates to colonialism in Canada. Much of his work reflects his drag-queen alter-ego. His work is in numerous private and public collections, including the National Gallery of Canada. Recipient of a Bonham Centre Award from the Mark S. Bonham Centre for Sexual Diversity Studies at the University of Toronto (2017).
