Author of mystery novels and playwright. Books include the crime series of detective Carol Ann Gibson, and the crime series of detective Phil Rodriguez. Her books include 'Nightsongs' (1995, Lambda Literary Award); 'Where To Choose' (1999) was on the runners-up list of Booklists Best Crime Novels, 1988-99; and 'Two Wings to Fly Away' (2019). Plays include 'Time Out', 'Waiting For Gabriel' (1991) and 'Hush Now' (2000). Former journalist and television news reporter.
