Novelist, notable for the books 'We Disappear' (Lambda Literary Award 2009), 'We Disappear' (2008), and 'Mysterious Skin' (1995) which was made into a feature film by Gregg Araki. Contributor to numerous magazines. He is also the author of a book of poems, 'Saved From Drowning' (1993).
