Former NFL player: Tenesse Titans, Washington Redskins and Seattle Seahawks. Now an activist, writer, and speaker. Inclusion Consultant for the National Football League. Formerly worked at the Hetrick-Martin Institute in New York City, New York, as the Assistant Director of Job Readiness, where he helps at-promise LGBT youth learn life skills. Former Executive Director, You Can Play project, the national LGBTQ organization created to fight equality for LGBTQ athletes in sports, and now its Director of Professional Sports Outreach.
