Founder and Managing Director, Vision and Strategy LLC since 2013, a company which consults to non-profits. Former Executive Director, Equality Maine, the state's largest LGBTQ activist group. Worked successfully for the state's equal marriage act in the November 2012 state ballot, has worked in coalition to win statewide trans-inclusive non-discrimination protections; health insurance, inheritance rights, next-of-kin status, guardian- and conservator-ship, and family medical leave for domestic partners.
