Co-Founder with Jim Stott of Stonewall Kitchen, a purveyor of fine gourmet jams, condiments, and kitchen food specialty items. Nine corporate stores as well as supplying retail stores throughout the world. Multiple awards for their product lines. Co-author of cookbook 'The Stonewall Kitchen Cookbook' (HarperCollins, 2001) amongst others. Received 29 prestigious awards from the Specialty Food Association, including three Outstanding Product Line Honors. In 2015, inducted into the Specialty Food Hall of Fame.
