Description

Professional FIFA soccer/football referee who started refereeing in 1994, moved up to a UEFA Category 1 referee at the start of 2010, and from 2012 is an Elite Development referee. Refereed UEFA Europa League, UEFA Euro 2012 qualification, UEFA Champions League, and World Cup qualifying matches since 2009. Works as a teacher along with his refereeing. Also known as Tom Hagen.
