Democratic Party Member of the Maryland State House of Delegates since 1992.  First woman to serve as Majority Leader in the State, and the first elected open LGBTQ person in the state.  Former public school teacher.  Has received numerous local awards for her work.  Also known as Maggie McIntosh.
