Athletics, Fencing, and Powerlifting competitor.  Competed in the 1992, 1996, and 2000 Paralympic Games.  Associated with Access Living, a Center for Independent Living for People with Disabilities, and the Mayor's Office for People with Disabilities.  Served on the board of the Disability Arts and Culture Center.  LGBTQ activist.
