Head of Investment Banks Department, Financial Conducts Authority (FCA), since 2014 supervising the conduct of almost 1,400 firms with active investment banking operations in the UK.  Member, FCA Diversity Committee.  Former managing director for debt capital markets products at Bank of America and co-lead of the company’s LGBT employee network.
