Founder and CEO of the Medina Company, a talent agency, since 2009.  Clients include Mariah Carey, Jennifer Lopez, Tyra Banks, amongst others.  Producer and writer known for the films 'The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air' (1990), 'Above the Rim' (1994) and' Maid in Manhattan' (2002).  Former lead singer with the Appolo group, before moving to become head of A&R for Motown record group, Warner Brothers, and Medina/Pollack Entertainment
