President and Chief Executive Officer, Dow Chemical Company since 2018, prior to which he was Chief Operating Officer.  Member of the Office of the Chairman and chief executive, with executive accountability for all of Dow’s businesses excluding Dow AgroSciences. Formerly Vice-Chairman and Chief Operating Officer.  Member of the Board of Directors of Chemical Financial Corporation and a member of the Board of Directors of Sadara Chemical Company.  Also known as Jim Fitterling.
