Co-founder, The Pinnacle Foundation, which provides scholarships and mentoring to vulnerable 16-26 year olds who are marginalised or disadvantaged because of their gender or sexual identity. Human resources expert.  Former Managing Director at a large international Executive Search firm, Allegis Partners, until 2017.  Former Managing Director of A.T. Kearney Executive Search.  Appointed a Member of the Order of Australia (2019).
