Biotechnology executive.  Member of the Board of Directors of Nuvalent Inc. (biotechnology company) since 2022 and TMRW Life Sciences since 2019.  Former member of the Board of Directors of Medrio (biotechnology company) from 2019 to 2023.  Former Chief Executive Officer of Federation Bio (2020-2023) and Vice President, Business Development of 23andMe (2015-2020).  Former Board member, Lesbians Who Tech.  Has received numerous awards and honors, including Endpoints 20 Biopharma Leaders Under 40, Business Insider’s 30 Biotech Leaders Under 40, and Google Ventures 25 Women shaping the future of Technology.  Prior to industry, Dr. Conley was a research fellow at the National Institutes of Health and is co-author on more than 35 academic publications.
