Acquires, develops, and manages properties that include casinos, hotels, shopping centers, restaurants, condominiums, and other major commercial real estate endeavors.  Chief Executive Officer and President of Living Out, Palm Springs, which is developing an LGBTQ seniors residence. Has served on the Boards of Directors of the Los Angeles LGBT Center, the National Gay & Lesbian Task Force, and Congregation Kol Ami.
