Former partner at the Carlyle Group where he was Chief Transformation Officer, prior to which he was with Booz, Allen & Hamilton.  Trustee and Chair of the Human Resources Committee of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts since 2021.  Chair of the Board of National Cares Mentoring Movement, and former Chair of Washington Performing Arts.
