Former Chief Executive Officer of the Champlain Local Health Integration Network (LHIN), the provincial government agency responsible for planning, integrating and funding health services in the region.  Former local Ottawa politician (1994-2003).  Former National Co-ordinator,  Canadians for Equal Marriage, a coalition of churches, professional groups and citizen organizations which lobbied for same-sex marriage in Canada.
