Chief of HIV/AIDS section at UNICEF New York’s headquarters.  Former Coordinator, a.i. and Senior Adviser, HIV/AIDS at the World Health Organization (WHO) in Geneva.  From 2004-2009, was Executive Director of the International AIDS Society (IAS).
