Transgender Vice-President of Legal and Business Affairs at Venice Music since 2022.  Received a platinum record for his legal work on Ariana Grande’s Grammy-nominated album 'Positions'.  Founding Partner of Oliva Law Group and Dani Oliva Music Consulting. Counsel with Thomson Ollunga LLP.   Co-founded a music management company entitled Muk Posh. Co-founded Motion Creative with other entertainment executives, a non-profit which hosts music writing camps, showcases, and panels, and supports programming in the arts that promote underserved populations.
