Partner in the Financial Industries Group of law firm Reed Smith.  Former securities lawyer, head of CMS Cameron McKenna's International Capital Markets group, and  Diversity & Inclusion Partner of the CMS firm.  Stonewall Ambassador and the founder of InterLaw Diversity Forum.  Launched Apollo Project, and most recently embarked upon the Purple Reign initiative, a photographic project that highlights LGBT role models in different industries.  Faculty member, Practising Law Institute.  Patron, Albert Kennedy Trust.
