Chief, Yahoo Europe, Middle East, and Africa, since 2013.  Formerly with RTL Group, Europe's leading entertainment company.  Formerly chairman and chief executive of Channel 5, the UK television station.  Member of The Board of The British Library (since 2007); a non-Executive Director of Thomas Cook (2010 - ), Chair of The National Youth Theatre of Great Britain (2011 - ), Chair of The Grierson Trust (2009 - ). Airey is also a Vice President of The Royal Television Society.
