Cambridge scholar of Greek and lecturer in political science (1886-1920).  Associate of the Bloomsbury Group, and friend of writer [[E. M. Forster]].  Lecturer at the London School of Economics.  Notable books include 'The Greek View of Life' (1896) and 'A Modern Symposium' (1905).  Also known as Goldsworthy Lowes Dickinson, or Goldie.
