Assistant Director, Business Services, Oregon Youth Services.  Former Chief of Staff to Portland, Oregon mayor from 2013 to 2015.  Former member of the Oregon State House of Representatives (1991-1997), being the first open LGBTQ individual to hold such position.  Former administrator of the Office of Environmental Public Health within the Oregon Health Authority.
