Honourary President, Valentino House of Fashion.  Business partner, and former lover, of fashion designer [[Valentino Garavani]] who ran the business side of the Valentino fashion house.  Noted as a pioneer in the licensing of fashion-wear.  Author of the book 'Private: Giancarlo Giammetti' (2013) in which he chronicles the history of the Valentino fashion house through his photographs.
